The Tai Chi Centre has been teaching tai chi in London since 1995, for over 25 years

Currently, we are not offering any weekly tai chi classes. We are planning to arrange workshops in the future. Details will be posted on this website.

Tai Chi Chuan promotes good health through relaxation. It is a complete system of physical, mental and spiritual exercise developed and cultivated as a martial art in ancient China.

The principles of tai chi are based on yielding, centering and relaxation, rather than upon force and tension. If practiced regularly tai chi calms the mind, reduces stress, and builds resilience, stamina, and energy. The moves can be learnt at all ages and at all levels of fitness.
